If your boss is calling you a faggot, and referring to you as IT, he has clearly worked out what you are! you must have behaved a particular way in front of him, or shown certain traits which made him realise that you were a faggot. I suspect that the reason he is objectifying you is because he is preparing to use you, or bully you into use, and now the question is whether you like it? Ask yourself, are you enjoying the name calling or hating it? and if your hating it, is it because what he is doing is correct and true?
Its time for you to face reality and face the facts. Are you a faggot? ask yourself this and answer honestly and then if the answer is that you are, then act as one and serve that boss.
